Purchased lift tickets can be used on any day of your choice during the 2025–2026 season.
Lift ticket redemption
The lift ticket is redeemed on site according to the ski center's opening hours.
After paying for the lift ticket in the online store, you will receive a receipt for your purchase by email.
When you get to the slope, redeem your lift ticket at the ski resort's ticket office. The paid lift ticket is stored in our system, so when redeeming the ticket we only need the name of the payer or ticket holder.
In problem situations, we apply the contractual conditions regarding ski center services agreed by the Finnish Area Association and the consumer agency, which can be found here.
